"This is coming from the experience of a great father who’s had to fight to be able to be one. Any parent doing the best they can for the natural right to be in their child’s life would ideally look for a lawyer who is willing to advocate for their clients, This is not the law firm for you. To be concise avoid Jack Randall. This firm only care about your money and once they have you, they will essentially charge you for whatever they see fit. At one point I spoke with Mr. Randall for five minutes and was charged the entire hour, over $400 for him to tell me to speak with his assistant to schedule an appointment. After I asked for an itemized bill to address the $400 five minute phone call, they claimed he reviewed documents. After I expressed that I had not sent any documents, they told me that he spent an hour reading my emails. In a nutshell, they will find any excuse to bill you. He’s a great strategist, but the problem is that he strategizes against you. He waited four days before my court date to bring me into the office with the attempt to twist my arm into settling for bare minimum visitation. After expressing important details about the case and why my son needs more time with me, his father, he attempted to manipulate the situation which led me to arguing with him for two hours in his office.(yes I was charged over $800 for two hours trying to be heard.) Again, they don’t care about what’s right nor do they care about advocating for you and your case. All they want to do is make it an open and close situation and settle things right before your court date whether it benefits you, the client, or not. They will absolutely arbitrarily bill you and hardly fight for you. I cannot express this enough, This is a horrible law firm. My court date was April 1, 2025 and I’m writing this review now after attempting to dispute and resolve arbitrary billing statements and an itemized receipt to have gotten nowhere. I don’t have the time to file a case so they got me. Writing this for all the good fathers in an attempt to help you save time and money."
